Tolo, our surveyor was brilliant. He did the survey very quickly for us as it was urgent. Booked my Level 3 house survey with Practical Surveying as a first time buyer. I was able to get the survey booked for the following week with the report returned within five days as promised. Tolo provided great amounts of detail, called us straight after the survey for a high level view, and then once we'd had a chance to go through the survey, called with us to answer any questions.
