Tolo was excellent, the report was brilliantly thorough and clear and I found he addressed all my prior questions/concerns and the call I had with him the day after was incredibly helpful. He was very down to earth and frank but clear and non-jargon which I really appreciated and helped massively in my ultimate decision to withdraw from the sale. I’ve probably saved thousands of pounds and sleepless nights all down to your thorough work. I would highly recommend Practical Surveying. The whole process start to finish was seamless.

The website form made it easy to choose the type of survey and submit a quote request and from thereon in, Tom and Stu quickly confirmed and booked in the survey.

The survey itself was super thorough and informative, with useful images, and the follow up with Stu was invaluable.

I found Tom, Tolo and the team to be excellent to work with - they got back to me quickly with a detailed summary of their services, got the Level 3 survey booked in via the estate agent quickly and came back with a highly comprehensive and helpful report including a outlined summary at the back with estimated contingency cost for any immediate / upcoming works. We requested a Level 3 Building Survey with Practical Surveying and found the whole process really efficient and supportive. The house buying process is really stressful and Practical Surveyors provided an in depth service with clear concise imagery and descriptions of the property. The surveyor was local and really knowledgable of the area as well and was accommodating to any follow- up queries. The whole team at Practical Surveying in Bristol have been fantastic from start to finish. Tolo conducted a L3 survey for me on a house I am buying and provided a very comprehensive report. Great communication from Tom and Stu,, very professional and competitively priced for the  brilliant service Practical Surveying provide.. I had a really helpful follow up call after my survey report had been issued. I’m sorry I didn’t note the surveyors name, but she was incredibly helpful and able to answer all my questions regarding the survey findings. We had a Level 3 residential building survey done by Practical Surveying. From my initial enquiry to them, Tom reached out with a great introduction email and explained everything really well. We had amazing service from Tom throughout the whole process, Stuart jumping in when Tom was OOO. The communication was top quality from start to finish, and we were really impressed by the speed and efficiency of everything. The turnaround time was incredibly quick, and the whole experience felt smooth, professional, and well organised.

We’re very happy with the report that Tolo had carried out and found everything in the survey easy to understand, it was really well put together!

Practical Surveying completed a level 3 building survey, with an additional drone inspection of the properties roof. I found the report very clear and easy to read throughout. The structure and use of photographs were particularly helpful in understanding the condition of the property. It provided a good level of practical detail on the issues identified and remedial work required, without being overly vague or overly cautious. Went with practical surveying for a level 3 survey as a first time buyer on a small freehold in Montpelier.
